 Present:  Sh.Ajaypreet Singh, counsel for the complainant.

               

        Complaint presented today. It be checked and registered. Learned counsel for the complainant has suffered a separate statement to the effect that due to technical reason, I do not want to pursue the present complaint and want to withdraw the same with the permission to file the fresh complaint on the same cause ofaction before the competent court of law.

           In view of statement of learned counsel for complainant the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn with permission to file the fresh complaint on the same cause of action in the Court of competent jurisdiction. File be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
