The Complainant filed an application for allowing to withdraw the present case and prayed for allowing to file a fresh suit stating that , the present case has been some formal defects.
In the circumstances , this forum allowed the prayer of the complainant and hence the present Case being No.2 of 2015 is hereby withdraw with liberty to file a fresh suit.
