Mr. Ajay Kumar, Advocate is appears on behalf of the Respondent.    

The grievance of the appellant that the complainant was dismissed  on finding that the maturity amount of Life  Insurance policy was reinvested in her favour by obtaining three  LIC policy  through the agent ( Respondent no.2) was not correct since the maturity  amount received by the complainant through agent. District forum did not considered this aspect on the matter.  Mr. Ajay Kumar advocate for the LIC submits that as it appears that the maturity  amount of the previous policy to the tune of Rs. 12,875/- was received by the agent from the complainant and  three policies were issued in the name of  the complainant for sum of Rs. 5,000/- each for which only the complainant was beneficiary of all the three policies.  There could be no deficiency in service on the part of LIC .

             The District Forum is considered these aspect of the matter by detail order which calls for no interference.

                         In the result appeal stands dismissed.
