1.The  crux of the case is that  the above named complainant alleging deficiency in service  against  afore mentioned O.Ps    for  non settlement of   maturity  claim   over the said   policy No. 590473525  with up-to-date   usual   interest  till realisation for which  the complainant  sought for redressal of the grievances raised by the complainant.

On being noticed the  O.Ps appeared  before this District  Commission through their  learned counsel  Sri   K.Ch..G.S.Kumandan  and  defend the case  vehemently

The     complainant  present personally before the  District Commission and submitted   a Memo  stating that    he   was  wrongly informed by the branch about the maturity of   the  policy.  After discussion with the LIC authority, he  convinced   with terms and condition of the policy and the policy  No. 590473525  which is due  for maturity on Dt.20.3.2039 and payment of premium will  cease on Dt. 20.2.2029.    Now the complainant  has  satisfied with the terms and conditions.  So  he want to withdraw the  present  C.C. case No. 59 of 2020.

Heard both the parties. Verified the memo filed by  the  complainant.  Further he has filed the memo with his  full and final settlement of their claim without any  prayer  for compensation.    Accordingly the present C.C. case is hereby closed and O. Ps are  wriggled out of the liability of the C.C. case No. 59 of 2020.
