JUDGEMENT

The  present disputes emerges out of the grievance raised in the  complaint petition filed by the above named complainant alleging deficiency in service  against  afore mentioned O.Ps for  non  payment of  LIC  death claim  insured amount bearing  policy  No. 573723681 . 

The learned counsel for the O.P. Sri K.Ch.G.S.Kumandan  appeared before the forum and  filed cheque No.  354174  Date. 23.10.2020  ‘for  Rs. 1,12,373/-(Rupees One  lakhs twelve  thousand  three hundred seventy three)only  towards  insured amount of  LIC   policy  No. 573723681   and prays the  forum to  close the   case.

The complainant personally  present before the forum and  had received the above cheque from this forum  and submitted Memo  to close the case as the dispute between the parties have been resolved  among them as the  insured  amount  a sum of Rs.  1,12,373/-  had received  from the  O.P. in shape of cheque No.  354174  Date. 23.10.2020 .   The complainant prays the forum  to close the case against the O.Ps as they had settled the dispute at their end  with his full and final satisfaction of the complainant with out any delay. To prove his identity the complainant  furnished the Xerox copies of the Adhar card and the Voter I.D.

Soon after receiving of the notice from this forum  the O.Ps tried to settle the dispute in the right time as to the full and final satisfaction of the complaint as thus the complainant prayed the forum   to close the present case against the O.Ps being received  the claimed amount by the complainant. The complainant not interested to proceed  further  with the case as settled.  Hence with draw the consumer case against the O.Ps.

       Heard from the the complainant. Perused the document, verified the payment slip.  Accordingly the case is closed and the O.Ps are   wriggled out of their liability.  Copy of the extract order be supplied to the parties on demand free of cost.
