Counsel for complainant files memo for not pressing the complaint in-view of deposit of cheque for Rs. 1,05,800/- by OP-1. Perused the served and Heard both side. Hence in-view of memo filed by the complainant in-consequence of cheque by OP-1 the complaint is dismissed as not pressed. File be closed.
