Order dt.30/03/1995 Complainant absent. Respondent counsel says that they have sent a letter to the complainant to appear before this Forum to report settlement and produces the copy of the said letter and the letter signed by the complainant wherein the complainant has agreed to withdraw the complaint. Both the letteres are accepted. It is seen that the matter is settled between the parties and as such, this complaint is dismissed as settled.
