The Opposite Party deposited the cheques bearing Nos.202816 and 202817, dated 29-12-2011 each for Rs.50,000/- in full satisfaction of the claim.
Hence the complaint is closed as adjusted. No costs.
The Complainants No.2 to 4 state that they have no objection if the entire amount is paid to Complainant No.1. Hence the entire amount shall be paid to Complainant No.1.
