              This is a complaint filed on behalf of the complainant under section 12 of Consumer Protection Act, 1986 seeking a direction to the opposite party to pay Rs.2,00,000/- (Double of the assured amount) and Bonus along with interest @ 18% p.a. from the date of claim i.e., 22.11.2008  till realization and to pay compensation of Rs.50,000/- and costs of the complaint.  

 

 This C.C. coming on before us this day in the presence of  Sri C. Rajender Kumar, Advocate, Mahabubnagar for the complainant and of Sri K. Pratap Kumar, Advocate, Mahabubnagar for the opposite party and having stoodover for consideration till this day, this Forum delivered the following:

             Complainant present along with counsel.  Filed memo stating the matter is settled out of Forum.   Therefore complaint is not pressed.  Complaint dismissed as the matter settled out of Forum and the complaint is not pressed.
