Learned advocate for complainant and learned advocate for opposite filed a joint memo by stating that, parties have settled the claim out of the court. Further it is stated in the memo that opposite No-2 has deposited an amount of Rs.1,20,021/- (Rs. One lakh twoenty thousand twenty one only) in the name of this forum by way of cheque.

Hence shirestedar is directed to deposit the cheque in the forum's account.

Both advocates reqeusted to dismiss the complaint in view of the settled.

Hence this complaint is disissed in view of the compromise and depositing the amount as noted above, as settled out of the court.
