ORDER Advocate for complainant present. Advocate for opposite filed a memo along with DD for Rs. 55,447/-( fifty five thousand four hundred fourty seven) only in the name of this forum to wards satisfactin of claim amount he also furnished another DD for Rs. 14,786/- . Advocate for complainant filed a memo to close the case in view of the amount deposited. Sheristedar is directed to deposit the DD amount in Forum Account and this complaint is closed as per the reqeust of advocate for complainant.
