      This complaint filed u/Section-12 of Consumer Protection Act, 1986  prays to direct the  opposite parties  to pay the total claim as per the three policies amount of Rs.4,00,000/-  with policy profits at 24% p.a. from the date of death, Rs.50,000/- towards mental agony and costs of Rs.25,000/- and such other further reliefs.

                                                              .  

This complaint coming on this day before us for hearing in the presence of                              Sri D. Dhamareswar and  Sri D.Siva Sankara Reddy, advocates for the complainant and                Sri A.V. Murali Krishna, advocate for the opposite parties  and this Forum made the following:
