Complainant has filed this Complaint seeking direction to the OP to pay Rs.5.00 Lakhs making certain allegations.  OP engaged the service of Advocate. OP has tendered Cheque for Rs.4,00,000/- and Counsel for the Complainant GJR receives it.   GJR files a Memo which states thus:

The Complainant in the above case most humbly prays that this Hon’ble Court be pleased to dismiss the complaint as not pressed, as the opponent has paid a sum of Rs.4,00,000/- to the complainant, towards the claim made in the above case as full and final settleme4nt through a cheque bearing No. 097139 dtd. 02.06.2012 of Corporation Bank, Kolar Branch, Kolar and allow the memo in the ends of justice and equity.

In view of the above, we pass the following order:

ORDER

Complaint is disposed off as settled out of Court and nothing is due from the OP.
