The instant Execution Application has been filed by the D.hrs. for realization of Rs.51500/- as assured sum + Rs.51500/- as accidental benefit + admissible vested bonus.
The D.hrs have received a sum of Rs.78658/- on 13.07.15 and the J.dr No.2 has received a sum of Rs.39329/- on 14.07.15.
We find that the D.hrs. and J.dr No.2 have received his awarded amount in full and the Jdr No.1 has fully complied the order of this Forum. So, we have no other alternative but to dispose of this Execution Application with full satisfaction.

that the Execution Application No. EA/09/2015 be and the same is disposed of with full satisfaction.
