                A put up petition filed by the DHR serving a copy to the JDR. The case has already been settled between the parties. The DHR is ready to accept Rs. 1,45,000/-(Rupees one lakh fourty five thousand)only from the JDR within 15 days towards full and final settlement of the case.

          Heard both the side.

          As the DHR does not want to continue further and in terms of Compromise petition dated 24/08/2022, the case is closed. The JDR is directed to pay the amount within 15 days.
