The Complainant has filed a verified petition praying for withdraw of his case for the ground as stated therein.

On behalf of the O.P, the Ld. Agent has appeared and filed vokalatnama and a receipt signed by Sri Saibal Kr. Basu.

Heard the both parties in regards to the petition.

As the existing dispute has been amicably settled between the parties.

The prayer is considered and allowed.
