ORDER

              The present execution petition put up before the Lok Adalat.

              Ld. Counsel for the complainant-DH has made a statement that the matter has been compromised with the respondent-JD and the complainant-DH has received her payment. Now nothing is due towards complainant-DH. Thus, keeping in view the compromise he does not want to proceed any further with the present execution petition and it may be dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied.

              Keeping in view the statement made by ld. Counsel for the complainant-DH, the present execution petition stands dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied since the matter has been Compromised in between both the parties before the Lok Adalat,.
