Case record is put up to-day on the strength of put up petition filed by the learned Advocate for the Opposite parties as there was no quorum since 19.04.2021. Sri S.K. Sharma had appeared on behalf of OP LIC of India along with V.Nama before this Commission on 20.05.2021. Advocate for Complainant had filed a petition on dtd.05.08.2021 stating that the disputes has already been amicably settled between the parties and do not want to proceed this case any further hence pray for close the case. Further learned Advocate for the OP has stated in the petition that the claim has already been settled and close the case accordingly.

              In view of the petition filed by the Complainant through his Advocate the case is closed accordingly.
