2.The   Manager, Indusind bank Ltd, 78, Unit-3, Kharvelanagar, Bubaneswar, 751010, Dist:Khurda, Odisha.                                                         ... Opposite parties.

                                                                ORDER  DATED.  09.06.2022.

                The case record is advanced today  on the strength of an advance  memo filed by the complainant.  The complainant  physically present on call. The learned counsel Sri K.Gouri  Shankar, Advocate  is present  on behalf of  O.Ps and submitted the original NOC of the  complainant and prayer to handed over to the complainant as  per his claim in the present C.C. case as per the full and final satisfaction of the claim  of the complainant.  The O.P. had  redressed the grievances of the complainant since  before and at present  submitted that, due to the health problem of  the complainant he was absent on the head quarter  for his treatment at  Noida.  Hence the original  NOC of the complainant was not received by the complainant. Therefore requested for permission to handed over the original NOC which has been  issued  in favour of the complainant and prayed to close the  case against the O.Ps as the  complainant demand to receive the original NOC from this commission  having the dispute is   pending before this commission. Both the parties are present before this commission after amicably settlement  out of this commission.  The complainant hasfiled the memo for seeking  permission to receive the  original  NOc of the vehicle OD-18E-5411 hologram No. NCF 563810 issued by the OP bank  in his favour  as per the claim  of the complainant. The O.Ps advocate  submitted the original NOC of the  OD-18E- 5411 which has been  received  by the complainant without  any objection after  maintaining  due formalities. The complainant thereafter placed  the memo grounds   stated therein  that as the OP bank have give the NO”C of his loan account as to the  full and final settlement of his claim.  The present C.C. may be closed  against the O.P. bank. The Xerox copies of the  NOC  attached to record.  Both the post of members are laying  vacant.

                Perused the record.  Verified all the documents & memo of  both parties. Considering the submission of both the parties  the  present dispute is already subsided and redressed by the Ops in terms  of the memo of the withdrawn by the complainant. The C.C. case No. 164 of 2021  is hreby closed. The copy of the order be  supplied to the parties concerned free of cost.
