The Complainant herself and her agent are present by filing hazira.

The O.P. No.5 is present through its agent.

At this stage the Complainant by filing a petition prays for an order for passing necessary order for disposal of the case after delivering the N.O.C (No Objection Certificate) filed by the O.P. Nos.1 to 4 on 14.02.2013 on assertion that while her claim is satisfied the present proceeding is not required to be continued.

Having heard both sides and in the light of the submission made by the parties and as the Complainant after receiving the N.O.C (No Objection Certificate) intends to get this proceeding disposed off, we record that the No Objection Certificate, already on record, be handed over to the Complainant on proper receipt and identification after keeping a Xerox copy of the same on record and then the instant complaint be disposed off with final order.
