Today is fixed for passing necessary order. Complainants file lawyer’s hazira.

On perusal of the record it has been revealed that on 27.09.2016 the complainants and O.P. No.1 and 2 jointly by filing a petition stated that the dispute arose between the parties has been amicably settled outside of this Forum. It also shows from the record that on the same day complainant No.1 filed an affidavit on behalf of both complainants where she supported the above fact of settlement too.

Heard, considered, the ground mentioned in the petition is sufficient.

Hence, it is

ORDERED

that the petition for withdraw this case is allowed. Accordingly the complainants are permitted to withdraw this case.

This case being No. 57/2016 is thus disposed of on withdrawal.

Let copies of this order be supplied to the parties free of cost.
