                                        On the basis of even date application filed by the complainant, file taken up on today.  The complainant wants to withdraw the present complaint unconditionally. The counsel for the opponent, who is present in the commission, he has notified about the application. In order to prove the identity the complainant placed on record his Adhar card, copy of the same retained on the record.

                                       In view of the even dated statement suffered by the complaint, the present complaint is dismissed as  withdrawn with no order as to costs. Reader of the Commission is directed to make necessary entry in the relevant register. File be consigned to the records.
