                        The complainant files a memo stating therein that  the Opp.Parties has unlawfully taking his vehicle. That the Hon’ble forum passed the interim order on dtd.24.10.2016 to return the same and the Ops returned the vehicle. Which he has received with full satisfaction and prayed to drop  the case and  he does not want to proceed further step in this case.

 

                         We perused the memo and documents filed by the complainant   and heard the parties. In view of the above submission of the complainant, the complaint is hereby closed and disposed of accordingly.  Send copy of order to the parties.
