After thorough persuasion and dialogue between the parties they settled the dispute finally for a sum of Rs. 60,000/- to be paid by the complainant Usha Pramanik to the OP Indusind Bank in 10 instalments of Rs. 6,000/- from July 2024 within 15th of each month with proper receipt/ e-receipt.
Case is accordingly finally disposed of for Rs. 60,000/-.
