                                      The record is put up today on the strength of call for petition filed by the Advocate for Jdr along with a petition to recall the N.B.W as due amount of Rs.3,000/- has already been paid to the Dhr. The Dhr files a memo to this effect. He also files another memo to drop the proceedings. Accordingly, the case is dropped with full satisfaction. The N.B.W did not be issued as not issued till yet.
