On the strength of a call for petition filed by Sunita Jena wife of deceased Bharat Jena (Petitioner) record is put up today.

                Smt. Sunita Jena wife of the petitioner Sri Bharat Jena files a petition stating there in that, her husband died on dt. 14.06.2021 in Covid-19 epidemic and after the death of her husband she does not want to proceed with the case.  She also filed photo copy of the death certificate supported with an affidavit.  Copy served on O.Ps without objection.

                Heard. As the wife of the deceased complainant/petitioner does not want to proceed with the case, this Commission has no hesitation to allow the petition filed by her.  Accordingly, the petition is withdrawn as legal hire of the petitioner does not want to proceed with the case and children of the deceased are minor as stated by the petitioner.
