This record is put up today on the strength of the put up petition filed by the complainant. Complainant submits by abovementioned petition that he is not willing to proceed the complaint case further.  Therefore, he prays for necessary order in this regard otherwise, the complainant will suffer irreparable loss and injury.

Ld. Counsel for the Opposite Party is also present, puts his endorsement on the put up petition, and verbally submits that he has no objection if the present Consumer Complaint Case being No.13 of 2019 be disposed off.

Complainant submits that there is no grievance left against the opposite party. Therefore, we are of the opinion that the complaint should be disposed off as the complainant is not willing to proceed with the case further and prays for withdrawal of the same.

Hence, it is

O r d e r e d

that the consumer complaint being No.13/2019 be and the same is disposed off without any cost.

Let plain copies of this order be supplied to the parties free of cost as per provisions of law.
