          The  present disputes arises out of the complaint petition filed by the above named complainant alleging deficiency in service  against  afore mentioned O.Ps for non issue  of  necessary  Loan  clearance certificate in favour of the complainant  towards  finance vehicle.

          The  learned counsel for the O.P. Sri Pratap  Chandra    Das  appeared on behalf of the  O.P. and  refuting the allegations of the complainant and made arguments touching the points both on facts as well as law.

                The learned counsel  for the complainant in person is present before the forum and has submitted   a memo  stating  therein that the complainant did not like to proceed with the case since the matter has been settled  out of court    and not pressing the  complaint petition further. Further the complainant  prays  the forum    to  direct   the O.Ps. to issue necessary clearance certificate  towards the finance vehicles.

                Heard  from the parties. We perused the memo and the memo is allowed. The interim order passed on Dt.21.07.2017  by this forum stands vacated.

                The O.Ps are directed to  issue  necessary  clearance certificate  in favour of the complainant  towards  finance  vehicles  within 15 days from the date of receipt of this order. 

                Accordingly the case is disposed of.  Parties are left  to bear their own cost.
