        This complaint  coming on before us for final hearing on this day, in the presence of Sri K.S.V.Ramana, Advocate for the Complainant, and  on perusing the material papers on record, the Forum passed the following:

ORDER

        Counsel for the Complainant filed a memo stating that the Complainant and the Opposite Party No.1 settled the matter outside the Forum and also stated that the Complainant is not pressing the complaint against the Opposite Parties.  The complaint is dismissed as not pressed.
