Order No. 02 dated 19.11.15

                The D.hr –complainant is present personally by filing hazira.

                The case is taken up for admission hearing.

                Hd. the D.hr –complaint. Perused the materials on record.

                From the final order dt. 26.8.2015 it appears that there was direction upon the OP to supply the acknowledgment of receipts of liability Insurance Premium of Rs.39, 697/- with details break up in respect of Master Policy No. 4416970 within one month from the date of that order.

                From the documents filed by the D.hr it appears that the OP-J.dr Insurance Co. has complied the order of this Forum  and has also supplied the break up as asked for by the D.hr  vide his letter dt. 29.9.2015.

                We find that there is nothing to execute from the J.dr OP-Insurance Co. further and as we find that there is no scope to admit the instant Execution Case.
