          Complainant and his counsel present. Opposite Party is present. The complainant and Opposite Party jointly filed memo that the complainant undertook to pay a sum of Rs.1,45,000/- as one time settlement towards loan account within 10 days. In pursuance of which the Opposite Party also gave consent to return the pledged jewels immediately on payment and also issue No Due Certificate pertaining to Education loan within 15 days from payment.

            In view of Joint memo the Opposite Party also made a declaration in the last page of the complaint that he will release the jewels on the same day of the payment of Rs.1,45,000/- by the complainant and also issue No Due certificate within 15 days from settlement. The complainant also made endorsement to withdraw the complaint.

               The Joint Compromise memo and the endorsement made by the parties and their counsels are perused and recorded. In view of the compromise memo this complaint is dismissed as withdrawn. The Joint Compromise memo and the declaration of the Opposite Party shall form part of this order.

          Pronounced in the open commission, on this the 22nd day of April 2024.
