Both the parties have agreed to settle their dispute. Accordingly, the case is settled with a sum of Rs.40,000/- (Rupees Forty thousand only).

Complainant, Kshirod Ch. Barman also submits that he has received the amount of Rs.40,000/- (Rupees Forty thousand only) from the O.P with full and final satisfaction and he has no further claim upon the O.P.

Complainant is verified with his self attested Aadhar Card being No.565023707766, identifies by his Ld. Advocate.

            That the Complaint Case No. CC/81/2023 be and the same is disposed off before the Lok Adalat with full and final satisfaction.
