Assistant Manager of opposite party present. He files a settlement memo. As per the settlement the complainant has received Rs. 1,28,000/- from the opposite party in full and final settlement of his claim. The complainant has submitted memo that he is fully satisfied with the settlement. So in view of the memo filed by the complainant the matter requires to be closed since, the complainant has requested to permit him to withdraw the case. Memo of complainant is recorded. In view of the memo filed by the complainant, complaint is dismissed as withdrawn. MEMBER MEMBER PRESIDENT The DHR advocate files memo along with xerox copies of two cheques and bank memos. The cheques given by the JDR for Rs. 75,000/- and Rs. 65,000/- have been bounced for insufficient funds. Therefore, DHR advocate submitted that warrant to be issued under section 27 of the Consumer Protection Act for non-compliance of the order. Already cognizance of offence was taken and NBW issued earlier and thereafter, JDR deposited D.D. for Rs. 75,000/- and warrant was recalled. Again two cheques have been bounced. Therefore, it is a fit case to issue NBW. Hence, reissue NBW through Police Commissioner returnable by 04.05.2010. MEMBER MEMBER PRESIDENT
