Advanced 29/12/2015:

The A/R for Op has submitted memorandum of settlement along with an A/c payee Cheque bearing No. 959716 date 14/12/2015 of ICICI Bank on favour of the complainant towards settlement dues for Rs. 30,000/-.

                It is seen from the record that the complainant and the Ops have agreed on 12/12/2015 to settle their disputes to their Mutual satisfaction. Basing upon that settlement the Ops leave furnished the above cheque amount.

                The Complainant being present prayed the Forum to accept the settlement amount to his full and final satisfaction. She has furnished the copy of her Voter I. Card in support of her identification. Office is directs to make over the cheque to the complainant on proper endorsement and entry in cheque register.

                In view of above facts , we closed this case as settled.
