                          Counsel for OPs has brought a draft of Rs.7,01,063/- dated 16.4.2010 in the name of complainant, which the latter has received towards full & payment including the costs of litigation of this execution application and made statement for withdrawal of his execution application as satisfied. Accordingly, the execution application is dismissed as withdrawn.

                        The certificate issued to the Collector concenred under Section 25(3) of the C.P.Act is hereby cancelled and be called back.

                        Copies of this order free of cost be supplied to the parties. The file be consigned.
