| Final Order / Judgement | The case is posted today on the strength of record call for petition filed by Complainant along with withdrawal petition, Xerox copy of ICICI Bank Cheque bearing No.401888 of Balasore and one sheet of document. Copy served without objection. Advocate for O.Ps No.1 to 4 is present. O.P No.5 is absent. As there was an amicable settlement between both the Parties outside the Forum, the Complainant does not want to proceed with this case further. However, for interest of justice, the withdrawal petition is allowed since the withdrawal is voluntary in nature. Hence, it is accepted and the case is dismissed being withdrawn.
