Order no.  1,  dt. 09.12.2023.

This case record has been placed before the ld. Judges of National Lok Adalat which is held on this day at the court room of D.C.D.R.C., Hooghly.

Both parties and their ld. lawyers are found present and ready.

One verified settlement petition containing signature of both sides has been filed.  As per submission of Ld. advocate of the complainant side and representative of OP bank authority this case has been settled at Rs.70,000/- and the said amount is to be paid within fifteen days from this date by the OP bank authority.  In this regard OP bank authority pointed out that the complainant must have to produce document to justify his name and identification.  Complainant agreed to produce the said document within five working days before the bank authority.  It is also settled that the bank authority shall make payment of Rs.70000/- by way of demand draft and that demand draft is to be deposited before this District Commission within 27.12.2023.

It is also settled that the OP bank authority shall also produce the No Dues Certificate and the account closure certificate within 27.12.2023.

In the light of the observation made above this complaint case is disposed of.
