Case record is put up to-day for hearing. Advocates for both parties are present. Perused the record and found that the complainant has multiple vehicles and he uses the vehicles for commercial purpose. The complainant has filed different cases as per w/s filed by the Ops. The contention of the O.Ps is found correct. As the vehicles are used for commercial purpose as not maintainable. The complainant has not come to the commission with clean hand. The case is dismissed on contest.

       C.C. No.188 is also disposed of accordingly.
