File put up today before National Lok Adalat. Learned counsel for the opposite party no.1 suffered a statement that the matter has been settled with the complainant for full and final amount of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand only) and opposite party will make the aforesaid payment to the complainant within 45 days from the date of order.
Learned counsel for the complainant suffered a statement that he has heard and gone through the contents of the aforesaid statement and agree with the same. He further stated that he has no objection if the aforesaid matter is disposed accordingly.
In view of the statement made by both the parties, present complaint is hereby disposed off being settled in National Lok Adalat with direction to the opposite party no.1 to pay the alleged amount of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand only) to the complainant within 45 days, failing which opposite party no.1 shall be liable to pay interest @ 9% per annum from today i.e. 14.09.2024 till its realization to the complainant. Parties shall be bound by their respective statements. Copy of this order be supplied to the parties free of cost.
File be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
