ORDER

                   The ld.Counsel for the complainant has given the following statement, recorded separately:-

                   Due to technical defect, I do not press this complaint at this stage. It be dismissed as withdrawn. However, the complainant reserves his right to file a fresh complaint on the same cause of action after removal of the technical defect.

2]                In view of the above, this complaint is dismissed as withdrawn. However, the complainant would be at liberty to file a fresh complaint on the same cause of action either before this Forum or before any other appropriate Authority/ Court/ Forum/ Commission, as per law. 

3]                Certified copy of this order be communicated to the complainant free of cost. After compliance file be consigned.
