Present:  None for the Complainant.

                Shri Rajesh Kumar, Relationship Manager,

                ICICI Bank, Sector-12, Karnal.

                         

                Today the case is fixed for notice to the OP. In pursuance of notice, Shri Rajesh Kumar, Relationship Manager, ICICI Bank, appeared and stated that the bank has already transferred an payment of Rs.1,23,056.50 in the account of the complainant and now nothing is due to be paid to the complainant. In this regard, he also placed on file copy of statement of transaction.

                   None has appeared on behalf of complainant. In order to confirm with regard to receiving of payment and grievances of the complainant, this Commission made a telephonic call to the complainant through Shri Shiv Kumar, Peon of this Commission. The complainant confirmed in affirmative about receiving of payment and said that he is at Madhya Pradesh and did not come in the Commission. He also said that now he is not interested to pursue with the present complaint and his complaint may be disposed of.   

              Hence, in view the above, the present complaint is hereby disposed of being fully satisfied. Parties concerned be communicated of the order accordingly and file be consigned to the record room.
