The complainant is present by filing hajira through the Ld.Advocate. The complainant has also filed a petition praying for permission for withdrawal of the case with a liberty to sue afresh.

           The petition is taken up for hearing. Perused the petition and other materials on record. Heard the Ld.Advocate for the complainant.

           It appears to us that there are some technical defects in the present petition of complaint filed by the complainant. As a result of which the case may fail. So the complainant must get an opportunity to sue afresh after rectifying the defects. Accordingly for the ends of justice the petition is considered and allowed.

            Hence, it is

                                             O R D E R E D :-

that the Consumer Case no.06/2018 be and the same is withdrawn with a liberty to the complainant to sue afresh on the self same cause of action within the period of limitation. The case is thus disposed off.

Let a plain copy of this order be supplied to the complainant free of cost. Let the original documents if any and the extra sets be returned to the complainant on proper identification.
