The Ld. Counsel for the Complainant is present. Today is fixed for hearing of this complaint on the point of its admissibility. During admission the Ld. Counsel for the Complainant has submitted that due to inadvertence some typographical mistakes have been cropped up in the present compliant and until and unless it is removed by way of amendment, it is not possible to adjudicate this compliant in a proper manner.

Upon hearing of the above we are of the opinion that as the Ld. Counsel for the Complainant has accepted that this Complaint suffers from some typographical mistakes, liberty be given to the Complainant for removal of the same. As the Complaint is not admitted as yet, amendment in the Complaint petition is not permissible, hence the Complainant is given liberty to remove the said mistakes after withdrawal of the Complaint. Accordingly the Complainant has filed a withdrawal petition praying for withdrawal of this Complaint subject to provide him liberty to file afresh. In our view on this score along the Complaint CC/104/2021 is hereby dismissed without being admitted. There is no order as to costs.

          The complainant is at liberty to file afresh for redressal of his grievance after removal of the error in the petition of complaint.

          As the complaint is not admitted the Complainant is also at liberty to get return of the copy of the compliant and copies of the related documents from the office of this Commission and in this respect he is directed to submit a separate application to the appropriate authority of this Ld. Commission praying for getting return of the abovementioned documents. The appropriate authority of this Ld. Commission is hereby directed to provide the Complainant the copy of the Complaint and the related documents as aforementioned without any further delay upon receipt of the application from the complainant.

          Let plain copy be given to the parties free of cost as per CPR.
