                   File put up today on an application moved by the learned counsel for the complainant. Learned counsel for the opposite parties made a statement that matter has been settled with complainant in Rs.41,800/- (Rupees Forty one thousand eight hundred only). He further stated that the settlement amount will be disbursed to the complainant within 45 days of order.

                   Learned counsel for the complainant suffered the statement that the above matter has been settled with the opposite parties and opposite parties shall disburse the amount to the complainant within 45 days from the date of order failing which the complainant shall be entitled for interest on the settlement amount. So he withdraws the present complaint being fully satisfied.

                   In view of the statements made by the learned counsels for both the parties, the present complaint is disposed off being fully satisfied and settled with directions to the opposite parties to pay the alleged amount of Rs.41,800/-(Rupees Forty one thousand eight hundred only) to the complainant within 45 days from the date of order, failing which opposite parties shall be liable to pay interest @ 9% per annum from today i.e. 30.10.2023 till its realization to the complainant. Parties shall be bound by their respective statements. Copy of this order be supplied to the parties free of cost.

                                File be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
