Complainant is present in person, as well as, through his ld. Advocate by filing hazira. The OP-1,2,3&4 are also present through their ld. Advocates by filing haziras. Today is fixed for filing questionnaire, if any, by the OP-4.

Today the complainant has filed a petition whereby prayer is made for withdrawal of the complaint as the grievance of the complainant has already been settled by the Ops out of this ld. Forum. As the disputes have already been settled, hence complainant is not inclined to proceed with this complaint further. The Ops have also made a petition stating that they have also settled the dispute of the complainant. In view of the petition filed by the complainant whereby it is evident that the complainant is not inclined and interested to proceed with this complaint further, as his demand and grievances have already been redressed by the Ops, hence, the complaint be dismissed for non-prosecution. Accordingly, it is

that the Consumer Complaint being No. 216/2016 is hereby dismissed for non-prosecution.
