              Ld. Counsel for the complainant-DH has made a statement that he has received a cheque no. 605584 dated 29.11.2016 for Rs. 3,48,000/- from the respondents-JDs. And nothing is due towards the respondent-JD. Thus, he does not want to continue with the present execution petition and it may be dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied.

              Keeping in view the above statement, present execution is hereby dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied.
