Complaint under Section 35 of Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

Present:  Sh. Radhe Shyam, counsel for the complainant.

                Sh. Sanjeev Vohra, counsel for the OP.

               

         Today the case is fixed for notice to the OP.

                Learned counsel for the OP has suffered a separate statement that the matter has been compromised. As per compromise, company is ready to pay Rs.1,02000/- as full and final settlement to the complainant within 45 days from the date of order.

           On the other hand, learned counsel for the complainant his suffered separate statement to the effect that the matter has been compromised with the OP. As per compromise, company is ready to pay Rs.1,02000/- as full and final settlement. So he does not want of pursue the present complaint further and withdraws the same being compromised.

              In view of the above statements, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn being compromised. Both parties are bound the statement of their respective counsels. Parties concerned be communicated of the order accordingly and file be consigned to the record room.
