                Today the case is fixed for compromise before Pre National Lok Adalat. Learned counsel for the OP has suffered his separate statement to the effect that the matter has been compromised with the complainant and the OP-company is ready to pay an amount of Rs.1,57,000/- to the complainant within 45 days from today. If the complainant pays the fresh premium for renewal of policy then the company will issue the policy after its renewal.

                Learned counsel for the complainant also suffered his separate statement to the effect that the matter has been compromised with the OP. In view of the statement of learned counsel for the OP, he withdraws the present complaint being compromised in Pre National Lok Adalat.

 

                   In view of the statement of learned counsel for the complainant, the present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn being compromised. Parties concerned be communicated the order accordingly and file be consigned to the record room.
