Arvik (minor) age about  years son of shri Kuldeep singh, resident of H.No.121, Ward No.6, Suraj Nagar, Karnal, through his father Shri Kuldeep Singh son of Ramesh Chand, resident of H.No.121, Ward No.6, Suraj Nagar, Karnal, who is natural guardian of minor Arvik and who has no adverse interest to that of minor child Arvik.

       Complaint presented today. It be checked and registered.

       Learned counsel for the complainant has suffered his separate statement to effect that he does not want to pursue with the present complaint and withdraws the same on technical ground and sought permission to file the fresh complaint on the same cause of action before the competent Court of law.     

              In view of the above statement the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn. However, the complainant is at liberty to file fresh complaint on the same cause of action before the competent Court of law, if so desired. The original documents annexed with the complaint, if any, be returned to the complainant by placing on record photocopies of the same. Parties concerned be communicated of the order accordingly and file be consigned to the record room.
