                   Shri Adil Mirza Deputy Manager.

 

ORDER:

                   Shri Adil Mirza made statement that in the group account of the complainant the name of Sangeeta Rani was added due to inadvertence and the same has been deleted. If, any credit card or loan of Sangeeta Rani would come in the category of default, that would not affect the account of the complainant. In view of the said statement of the Deputy Manager of opposite party, the complainant does not want to pursue with his complaint and he also made statement in this regard.

                   In view of that the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn. However, both the parties shall be bound by their respective statements. The parties concerned be communicated of the order accordingly and the file be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
